So I bought a bike light the other night. I got caught downtown in the dark, oops. So I hit the Bike Gallery at 10th & Salmon. The girl that sold me the light was nice enough to open the freaking thing [which is near impossible]. But I asked her if I could keep it, to reuse it. She thanked me and I left. Kayt laughed when I told her this saying, 'of course she thanked you, the only way you can respond to such blatant do-gooder self righteousness is w/ gratitude!' [or something to that effect]. So here's what I sent her back, w/ a drawing and a paper balloon inside. Maybe it's an attempt at an apollogy!
I didn't take a good enough look at her name tag so I had to address it to 'the pretty, tall, skinny brunette @ the register [who doesn't wear hats]. Yeah, and I bought a hat too, and no, she couldn't give me any advice on it. Kayt says that sounds like a come on, it's not. So if you're the bike shop girl you're either extremely relived...or disapointed, but hey either way, cool mail art! YEAH!
